Semana en el Crie 2017

La semana del 27 al 31 de marzo, los alumnos de 5º y 6º han disfrutado de una aventura de convivencia con los coles de Liébana, Soba y Castro Urdiales.

Ha sido una estancia en el albergue de Viérnoles donde han podido aprender formas de organizarse autónomamente, compartir actividades con nuevos amigos y amigas, trabajar en equipo dividiéndose las funciones y poniendo normas de funcionamiento, han practicado el inglés, han conocido recetas culinarias que han realizado y catado, han jugado, ido de excursión, nadado, bailado...

RECETAS DE COCINA:

GRANDMA´S DONUTS


Ingredients
  • 350 gr. plain flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 80 gr. butter
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125 ml milk
  • powder sugar
  • Oil for deep frying
PREPARATION Method:
  • Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl.
  • Blend in the butter using two forks until there are no pieces.
  • Mix in the sugar with a spoon.

  • In a separate bowl, beat egg and milk together.
  • Make a hole in the flour mixture and pour in the egg and milk.
  • Knead until it doesn’t stick to your hands. Add flour as needed.

  • Roll out the dough on a well floured surface (1.5 cm thickness).
  • Cut into a donut shape using a cookie cutter.
  • Make a large hole in the middle with your finger.

  • Deep fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Drain on kitchen paper.
  • Sprinkle the donut with powder sugar and serve!

YUMMY COOKIESPrint Options

Ingredients:
- 100 gr. butter
- 75 gr. sugar
- 1 egg
- 150 gr. flour
- ½ teaspoons baking powder
- Lacasitos

PREPARATION Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 175º C.
2. In a large bowl cream the butter with two forks.
3. Add sugar to the butter and cream until smooth.
4. Add egg to the butter mixture and stir.
5. In a separate bowl stir the flour and baking powder together.
6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir.
7. Knead until it doesn’t stick to your hands. Add flour as needed.
8. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface (1 cm thick).
9. Cut the cookies into different shapes using cookie cutters.
10. Put a Lacasito in the centre of each cookie.
11. Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven.
